Spring Street Apts 

 

This 42 unit workforce housing development located at: 32 Spring Street is now fully occupied and we're accepting applications for our waiting list.

 

We are currently under construction for Phase I of Hillsborough Heights Apartments bringing 42 units to Hillsborough.  With vacancy rates at 1% or less statewide, affordable housing is a priority for our team. We are looking forward to helping solve this housing crisis by producing 21st century housing with our cutting edge technology.
