This 84 unit workforce housing development located at: 10 & 12 Perry Lane is now fully occupied and we're accepting applications for our waiting list.
Spring Street Apts -
This 42 unit workforce housing development located at: 32 Spring Street is now fully occupied and we're accepting applications for our waiting list.
We are currently under construction for Phase I of Hillsborough Heights Apartments bringing 42 units to Hillsborough. With vacancy rates at 1% or less statewide, affordable housing is a priority for our team. We are looking forward to helping solve this housing crisis by producing 21st century housing with our cutting edge technology.
Our development platform allows us to build the next generation of housing in half the time with energy efficiencies beyond 2030 standards.
