Joseph Illuzzi - Executive Vice President

Joe brings over 30 years of real estate development and business experience to ADG.  Born and raised in central Vermont, his extensive knowledge of the region has been instrumental in the growth of the company as other sites regionally are acquired for future development.  In addition to real estate development, Joe has experience in communications as well as the food, beverage and marketing industries.  Active in his community, Joe enjoys refurbishing military vehicles, snowmobiling in Canada and spending time with family and friends.

Laura N. Carlier, Esq. - Vice President of Development

Laura brings to Avanru a background in real estate law, land use and development law, and affordable housing development. Her favorite part of working in this industry is seeing the final constructed product and the many lives it impacts for the better.  She serves as a Board Member for Camp Allen in Bedford, NH and enjoys giving back to her community.

Brian is an architectural studies graduate of Norwich University.  He brings 5 years of architectural experience to ADG with several multi-family development projects currently under construction. Representing ADG as the Project Manager/Owners Rep, we welcome him to the team.
