ADG has completed construction in Swanzey, NH with our 84 unit workforce housing development.  The 10 Perry Lane complex is now fully occupied and we're accepting applications for 12 Perry Lane. We recently received our occupancy permit for our 42 unit workforce housing complex located at: 32 Spring Street Newport, NH and we're accepting applications for that facility. 

 

We are currently under construction for Phase I of Hillsborough Heights Apartments bringing 42 units to Hillsborough.  With vacancy rates at 1% or less statewide, affordable housing is a priority for our team. We are looking forward to helping solve this housing crisis by producing 21st century housing with our cutting edge technology.  Our development platform allows us to build the next generation of housing in half the time with energy efficiencies beyond 2030 standards.
